Best makeup for green eyes sista?

Help! Looking for eye makeup that works with my skin (tanning, but lighter than Halle Berry), a female black with green eyes (contacts PAS) and is usually medium brown hair dyed blonde. I'm never on the cards, either for color recommendations.

Which combination enough. I know the black eyeliner, green and purple and green hues, purple, pink and burgundy can really make green eyes. Especially your complexion. You should also think of the color you use to determine what colors to use. I've used black eyes red / green … not the purple can the whites of the eyes are red.
