Where I can find free makeup courses in Atlanta, Georgia?

my mother wants to take some courses so that we can make do makeup is more professional looking. please help me! )

To my knowledge there are no classes for free if there is no youtube. You can always go to an accountant you like (FAV is the brand at the mall) and ask them certain things that will show for free.
