What can I buy makeup that does not damage the skin?

I need to find makeup that will not damage skin or cause acne, spots black, etc. Also, if you have dark circles that look natural on your skin, it would be helpful. I just need something that looks natural and not damage the skin. It would help if the composition does not cost too much money. Please and thanks! (^_^)*

My skin is very sensitive, but I like the makeup! Aveda is a line of all individuals with good products, even if they are somewhat expensive. I also like physicians formula, and is a bit more affordable.
