Light-skinned, brown hair and green eyes make up?

I wonder about the look of makeup every day for me. My eyes are green I have dark brown hair very dark, almost black and light skin with less tan. My dress code is mostly black with touches of color here and there, often red, blue or purple. I have not used so much, so that something better is easy!
