How I can make my eyes look bluer without using makeup?

my eyes are a darker blue and want to try to strengthen color, but you do not wear much makeup. So I was wondering if there was another way I could clear color.

Use the type of clothes you can really accent your eyes. As the colors are green, with brown eyes. You should try colors like yellow and white, very pop your blue eyes.
