What is the best makeup for someone with blond hair and blue eyes?

I have a heart-shaped face, long hair that is a slightly lighter than the color of honey and big blue eyes bright. I love makeup and I have no fear of being a little crazy, but want to make sure I'm not much of anything or use colors that are not good for me. What suggestions?
