Makeup / cosmetics?

I just got my dream job working as a makeup artist, but they require that I have a complete set of makeup like a palette of eye shadows with, blush, lip gloss, and yehh. I like less than $ 20 now, so can some websites that sell a complete kit for about 10 or 15?
