Miami to age 21 – Questions?

I am from South Florida, but I really have not gone to the beach south of clubs .. and once .. But I'm going there, so my 21st b-day and I'm so excited! But I was not sure what to wear? I have a mini dress (You can see a bit on my 360 photos.) How dresses in South Beach? And I wanted my makeup done by Mac I think I have a Mac store in South Beach? Does anyone know how much it costs you have done your makeup? And of course, everyone's favorite to go? How are elegant clubs? I consider (very good) for my birthday and I fear that it will be too snobey? And finally, anyone know somewhere in Key Biscayne for the boat / jet ski rentals? I lived and wanted to visit Key Biscayne.
