Where I can get my makeup for free?

I lived in Omaha, NE, where all places of makeup makeup Mall is free. Now I live in Louisville, Kentucky, where for some reason, all the cosmetic counters at the mall (MAC, Chanel, etc. ..) is responsible for $ 50, or make to buy two products (in addition to the $ 50 +).
