Does anyone know where I can get my makeup done early in the morning?

I have a photo session at 10 am on Thursday and one hour way to get there. I'm on a tight budget and I have no access to a makeup artist do my makeup and hair. I wanted my makeup done at MAC or salon beauty, but it seems that none of them are open 10 hours. Is there anyone who is open to the top and around 8 hours is a reasonable price? I'm in Burbank, California (Los Angeles) and the photo shoot is in Castaic. Therefore, a place near my home or on the way to the photo shoot would be good.
