The eyebrows are too low?

I overplucked my eyebrows (I'm a recovering trichomoniasis.) My mistake was picking the top and now my eyebrows some are lowered. Besides, I do not remember what my fitness was more because nothing seems flattering to me. How I can solve this problem? I want my eyebrows to open eyes, but it seems too low. makeup? wax underneath? Any advice?
