Ebay item not as described .. the seller is willing to cooperate?

bought a Louis Vuitton bag from a seller on ebay. The list follows: "just needs cleaning." Of all the images in the list appeared to be in good condition were. His paintings bag that I sent (you can say by discoloration of the leather handles.) But they were in opposite corners of the damage. I received the bag and has all the makeup stains on it, inside the pipeline is damaged to the extent of wear of the real plastic pipe off the canvas, and leather on the tongue of the zipper is broken! eBay rules that the seller should list all known defects and take Photographs of these defects in the sale of an item. that obviously did not. I would like to open a case of eBay, in the time and keep the pay-pal. Can convince the seller to reach some agreement as to repay the sums paid bag and enjoy all the shipping charges.
