How to install vanity lights in an apartment? Should I use the computer or stick batteries in light bulbs?

I live in an apartment .. Outlets it has very few electric lights and zero in the bedroom .. So conform with candles. but since I have to do my makeup perfectly with many bright lights .. I have a full length mirror and thought to add to former vanity lights on 3 sides of the mirror. (about 18 bulbs in total), now the problem is that the apartments have a strict rule that no damage and no paint walls or stretching driving nails into the walls. Old fashioned classic vanity dawn comes in bars of 6 shots each, and sets of lights on them so now how do I install my lights around my mirror? I could put nails in the wall around the mirror, and How I install the hardware and the son of vanity light bars? (Does anyone know how to install the son of vanity lights? Can I use a power strip to connect everything as a main outlet? What about the robbery BATTERIES BULBS advertising on television?

The "theft" bulbs that see on TV are nothing Glow lights up if you could get your shipping address with my torn. They are nothing more than a soft glow in the dark night. F I could find a good carpenter can make a simple framework for a small square around mirrors you use, something that "light bar" fluorescent size for example, about 18 inches long could be closed and the frame could be attached to the wall with a minimal amount of holes, maybe four, one on one side.
