What type of bulb works better efficiency in a bathroom vanity?

I can replace the bulbs in my house with energy efficient bulbs. I realized that there are different styles and types of light. In my living room an energy efficient light bulbs use so-called "daylight" but it seems a little too hard for my bathroom, where I put on makeup and hair. What kind of lights should I use? I think the Globe is the best, but do not know what kind of light it would be better for the space.
