How to update your look?

I'm a tall, thin, very pale, blonde with blue eyes. I have my ears pierced (im not allowed to in 16 years, and I'm almost 15). Nor am I allowed to wear makeup, at least not the eye makeup. I have braces, but I'm getting at least a month. I just want to be a little more …. pretty. Im going to get some Crest Whitestrips teeth whitening after getting my keys out. I also have a sunscreen, but do not want that it looks like i spray tanned legs. Jergens is good? which is also a lotion, it would be good. What is the best tanning cream for a natural look? In addition, this site has nice clothes, but they are cheap? the money is pretty tight lately, but I want to update my wardrobe. thanks!

If your parents you could get a shade lighter than your natural color you like light environment. Otherwise you can add lemon juice in your hair before leaving the sun, then, Naturally, the ease and shine of your locks. I went to a private school through eighth grade and I was not allowed to wear makeup either. However, slipped in two small things to make my face more friendly and couldnt even tell my parents! I have a face powder (I use Maybelline purestay) and bronze shine BONNEBELL (as Walmart for 2.50 "and I use to this day). Olay Touch of Sun is the best tanner I've used (and I've tried many of them). It is orange, not sticky and smells good! I went to Wal-Mart the other night and have a lot of nice things for girls with style now! Actually I was surprised. They have cute graphic tees as seen at Wet Seal and Forever 21 dresses and elastic shorts beautiful Sun! Its all really cheap as well. Another TJ Maxx is good, I swear by it. I bought two pairs of shorts, American Eagle is the other day to 9.99 part! Good luck and congratulations get your braces off! I know that I could not wait to get mine!
