Makeup Troubles – - – I Need The Right Foundation!!!?

I am currently using maybelline’s Dream Liquid Mousse.
I have very fair skin so i pick the lightest color possible.
But I have to use it all over my face because my skin is splotchy due to bad circulation (runs in my family)
& also because I have large pores.
& When i put just the liquid foundation on my face, it looks greasy, so then i add a little powdered stuff.
Its called Covergirl Professional Loose Powder.
so I apply that with a brush or the puff that they give me.
But throughout the day, it starts to look chalky-ish,
Almost fake,
I want natural looking skin, but I want full coverage without the greasy look.
What kind of makeup should i be using?
(Im on a budget so no $30 Foundation)
Is there any home remedies i can use to fix it?
I feel like I have tried EVERYTING!!!

Ugh i have the same stuff (maybelline dream liquid mousse) & my face feels greasy sometimes & it comes off so easily !
Aaanyways.. i was using my moms foundation when i went to her house & it was really good. Its called Covergirl Tru Blend & it doesnt look or feel greasy. It looks very natural .

..oh , & u dont need powder.
