I know lol that mascara blue eyes and obviously black, but idk how to unite them without going overboard

blue eye shadow and black tomorrow or shoud get black around ur eyelashes of course, and above can melt or blue, as you may have a blue light up with him in the darkest and finally to use blck or eye pencil.
