I need to use makeup for Halloween, please?

I'm still an Amy Brown fairy for Halloween. The photo is below. I do not know what to do to my makeup, even! Please be creative with your answers and be detailed. I have a party this Halloween night and could use all the help it can get! Best answer will be awarded 10 points. The wings are not that color. They are more of a copper brown with shades of blue more like the original image. I have brown hair, white skin eyes with shades of pink, blue and gray. (My hair is blonde in my photo!)

You should do a bit of eyeshadow with blue eyeliner and heavy black mascara. Since you can not make much eye makeup, then you should use lip gloss.
