What should I do for a total makeover?

Im going to a new school next year and want to make a complete transformation like.Like with my body, hair, makeup and all. I have long brown hair with light blond highlights, blue eyes [which are light enough], and a good oval face.Im Tan too. Im open to die my hair [but not black] and all that. Need help with clothing also, I'm buying a new spring / Cabinet soon. Therefore, suggestions?
