How I can make my makeup look better?

I am a 14 years and I have very light skin. My eyes are green / blue [but especially] pimlpes not green, but one or two white heads in the front. I want to use the following in my liquid foundation makeup ..-. Powder tanner. Mascara-[that] volumizer-Light eye shadow [not crazy ..] im In-kind color to search the natural look I think. =] It helps me with the products and how to use them? I will not use eyeliner! ♥
