"Goth" makeup?

I've never been very well informed about eye makeup. I always try to put on my makeup eyes with the "gothic" look. You know red and black and stuff. He does well, but I see many other people who have done much better. I have curious if anyone is a good site with tutorials, or if someone can givve your own tips, advice and even a step by step if possible. It would be great. I am not against all other colors either. I like wearing all black and then have a burst of color in his eyes. Anyone with any advice please reply. Thanks
