Ideas for a 16th birthday party?

I'm turning 16 in July and have racked my brain but I can not think of anything more to do. 1. There will be about 12-15 people 2. I live in Australia, for (a) it is winter and (b) is not as important to the Sweet 16's P = 3. The guests will all females 4. I'm not in female form and refuse to let my friends put makeup on me … I bought my first real dress this year to celebrate another XD 5. I can not have in my home or skating. I would love to skate, but my friends are not like that and I do not hate him XD Does anyone have any awesome idea? We are not richer, but not bad well … Maybe a midrange budget? Thank you so much! – Tab:) PS: The food will be hard because I'm lactose intolerant and gluten so that the most likely is that I cook myself, and only a small piece of cake XD

That's tough, but I know it was in the same boat very closely with my oldest daughter. We had a barbecue and decorated the house with a sundersea topic. We played music and played in the yard. I think it's winter can be that you could have an internal issue. Or maybe the games paintball. They have there? Costume party? Hopefully these suggestions help
