What is the best department store brand of the Foundation for oily skin?

I'm not interested in brands of Pharmacy (Cover Girl, Mabelline, , Etc.) or mineral makeup. I tried MAC Studio Fix (worked well, but I want to see if a better option) and never had much luck with Clinique or Clarins. Anyone have any experience with Shiseido, Bobbi Brown, Prescriptives or similar?

I recommend a dermatologist because theres only basis for many out there that are good for the skin. However, dermatologists may find a preface that apply lotion before making the foundation that helps care for oily skin.
