Flash palette sleeve, why certain colors …?

I just got the makeup palette flash ever, but in the back that says Some colors can not be used in eye / lip … anyone, you know what I mean … but why? something will happen?

They say this because some dyes can cause allergic reactions if they get really bad in the eyes or ingested. For example, some red dyes have been known to cause reactions allergic if it gets in your eyes.
