Best liquid eyeliner?

I've always used a pencil line, but now that I'm a little more advanced with makeup, I was realize that most amateur and professional makeup enthusiasts use a gel or liquid liner (or use a brush to apply either a pipe) and I wondered, drugstore products (because I certainly can not afford at this time Mac) What is the best? Thanks:)

Mac is not as expensive as it seems. Eyeliner liquid is about $ 18 but lasts longer and is a great product. Try Sephora. They have great brands that are not super expensive (but some of them can be like $ 35 a small tube line). If there is an option to try Physicians Formula (which can be purchased at any pharmacy), which has fairly good quality eyeliner liquid. Its about $ 5 -7 a tube feed. So Maybelline and L'Oreal have good liquid eyeliner too, but tends to wane when the crease Maybelline touches bone. Hope this helps!
