Why do some women think that makeup of the orange face look good?

My sister has dyed his hair black and put too much makeup which gives the orange face. I mean really that sounds good because it is not the only girl I've seen with an orange face. I analyze a tanned face was orange-brown color, no! yes .. umm my sister knows her face is orange and slagged me and my brother about it! lol still think she is sexy

Personally, I do not understand well, it just seems ridiculous and stupid
