Eye Makeup? What is the best way I can use Eyeshadow and liner?

im 13 i use lip gloss as a tracer and it works fine line that comes off easily and leaves no mark, but now I am 13 and I have to step my game

If you have blue eyes (we're talking eyes no?) You know what just afford Almay Eye, have brought this new product called _________ (blue, green eye shadow, brown, w / e color) and you pull your eyes.
