As a redhead, blue eyes … I need makeup tips?

Prom is tomorrow and I would like my old blue eyes. I need to know what color eyeshadow / blush to wear and how to apply. In general I do not wear too much makeup. Without foundation, liquid eyeliner dark brown mascara db, EQ and the "heat" – Bare Escentuals a marker for a flush. My friend who won last year I think it has apricot and dark brown eyes .. she looked beautiful. any ideas? Also, how to apply the same rationale? I have a line around the eyes, concealer, eye shadow color depends on what ur dress is.i would use liquid foundation because it just melts in better.i also do two coats of mascara or just focus top.this in ur eyes.target care and Wal-Mart has a good selction of makeup.
