What are the key points you need to start my makeup box?

I have some things to start my makeup box elements I need and I need brushes and what brand is best? Money is not really a question. (I love the eye makeup, the cover and the liquid foundation and loose powder. Please give me a couple of things I need for eye makeup and makeup in place I need more points)
