I have big eyes. Do you need makeup tips?

Using makeup, how I can make my eyes look closer together? So I want a light charcoal. I have almond / hazelnut-colored eyes, light / med skin and blond hair. Should I wear the black eye? What is gray or brown? I do not know. Please HELP!
