Good idea for makeup every day for a young pale freckled blonde?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone new of anything to make ideas people who are so pale freckled. I was looking for a makeup tutorial on youtube, but most were very expensive makeup, or even have only a palette of brown to white and purple and pink. I also have a shade of cream Bobi. (: Besides that I have lots of eyeliner and foundation and blush. I also have one thing for the beam in my eyebrows and cheeks. I'll include a picture of my cousin that looks almost exactly like me, but lenses (I'm not online a picture of me and their image is a long time I could not recognize her) Please help! Eyeshadow roses would be wonderful. Brown eyeliner, lip color bright pink. Search eBay for shade Eye of the 120 palette. Mac Violet cream would look great.
