how do i do my makeup like this? (pictures)?

i am completely inexperienced at putting on makeup. all i have worn is mascara, so i need some pretty specific tips! such as exact colors, how to not look like a raccoon, etc. i don’t care if you direct me to a guide. is this qualified as a smokey look? all assistance is muchhhh appreciated

I think that what she did was apply eyeliner to the bottom and top lashes, and then added a darker shade of eyeshadow close to the liner and a slightly lighter shade farther off. Then she probably added some of the darker shadow to the bottom, and mascara to top and bottom.
