Dead Girl makeup?

Ok I'll be a bit dead for Halloween. Pigtails, dead stuffed bear, huge lollipop, the whole thing. But I'm not sure how to do my makeup or what kind of dress to wear. Are there any good photos, youtube tutorials or something else? I need ideas

As for the composition goes, I would use a white base to cover the entire face or neck, use black around the eyes, blood and small offices capsule-shaped tablet false for bite, it seems that the mouth is bleeding. Halloween is my birthday so I like costumes! Hope this helps:)
