As a new girlfriend, how I can change my makeup?

I just had my hair dyed a medium brown to dark blonde and my stylist told me I should start using my makeup differently. Any good advice or suggestions for my new look? I Eys and pale blue, but the red skin. My eyes are blue and red, but pale. My hair is a little beyond my shoulders

Definitely eye-shadow light green, light blue, light brown, or mixture of them all a bit like saying that you put a white color in the brow bone, then a little coffee thiny down (slack and where they are then you are not stupid) and either green or blue on the actual cover.
