Return policy makeup at Walmart and Target?

Everyone is familiar with the return policy / in composition? Do you accept the return of the stains that are being opened and used? I know that CVS and Rite Aid have a policy of 100% satisfaction in the makeup and take back used makeup … What about Walmart or Target?

Rite Aid takes back with a receipt. Always buy new things. which can cost a little more, but at least you can take it back if you do not have the time and next, as you do buy Wal-Mart to succeed where it is cheaper!
