Get the make-up (at Walmart lol) What is it?

OK, so I could go to Wal-Mart to get the makeup, which often receive more nice makeup, but I can not now. Tho im getting Mac Foundation study review. ki have blond hair, brown eyes, brown skin and a reasonable average. Eyeshadow is colors? Tho nothing Crazy Eyeliner-what color? What is the best brand … makeup brushes? What brand at Walmart has the best quality brushes? Spelling? Concealers need very high coverage. Powder? Something to put my foundation and not look cakey or dry. Thank you!
