better colors and types of makeup for green eyes?

My eyes are green, gray, the color varies depending on the day. But I want to try something different with my makeup. I usually use an eye shadow tannish brown and cream shine a little mascara and a little brown eyeliner black eyeliner, but be good in the same situation? I just want to spice things up a bit. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks.
