Can the makeup Companys email for free samples (Please answer)?

Well, I have a school project for my examination of textiles, and need to know if I can send any makeup companys out there to try and pigments for the eyes, mascara and eyeliner o. does not is for personal use is a fabric of Health "and design" of course, mostly I have to design a device, and makeup. I really do not money to buy a boat full of makeup, so I'm just gunna use it once! As I am only a student. Does anyone know any companys that send me free samples of it? I do not mind that, as I do not want to fill all this online, shit. Please all responses are helpful. I know that MAC to send people to the U.S. but I live in the United Kingdom. So any idea?
