Am I emo? Please no haters?

At school a lot of people call me emo and I don’t know why here I’ll tell you a little about myself
Clothing- I wear band shirts or t shirts and jeans or shirts my favorite sneakers are vans and my vans are old looking and drawn on. I wear over 25 bracelets at a time
Makeup- I almost never wear makeup and when I do it’s usually some mascara and a little bit of eyeliner and I had side bangs but no longer do I have a little bit of the haircut still though
Personality- I’m one of the most outgoing people you will meet and yes I do cut occasionally I have about 4 scars I’m not depressed or anything
Hobbies- I play softball and basketball I sing and write poetry or songs I hang with friends

You are what most people label as an Emo just because of how you dress and the music you listen to, the side bang really doesn’t help either, that is suppose to be one of the most common Emo hairstyles, If you’re wondering why people call you Emo it’s because of that but “Emo” is just short for Emotional and everyone in the world is emotional so no harm in being called an emo, it just makes you human.
