Makeup for beginners on a budget?

A girl in my school hours was something about me and the two of us teasing each other a lot. I I made one two many comments about her makeup and she told me that I would regret. I think she decided to teach me exactly going to put on makeup. She left ony a message to my voicemail that I was buying red lipstick, shades of blush, eye, eyeliner, mascara, press on nails, nail polish and this afternoon and not stored material dollar.
