Why not sunscreen products have an expiration date?

I recently realized that sunscreen products are not expiry date written. Can not expire? The strange thing is that the major brands like Nivea, L'Oreal and carrot, have not written (only the num LOT.) While some other luxury brands less (and ISERR Oriflame products) have the date of manufacture and expiry date on the package. I went to a cosmetics store (Honda Center) and ask about this, but the ladies, too, the director, were completely ignorant on the subject. Is it possible for a product that is not on your end? All cosmetics and medicines have an expiration date. It may not be clearly written according to the laws and regulations local, but all products have one. An eyeliner, mascara, eye shadow have a maturity date of 3 months (although most people go far beyond thereafter). One day, a sunscreen year of maturity. Most times it does not matter if you go beyond the expiration date.
