Are you allowed to use cosmetics for face / of different brands at the same time?

I can buy a toner, soap, lotion Hydrating a particular brand, but sometimes I have more than one or two of these products, so I use an old bottle of toner or moisturizer for a different brand that I have left use. It seems that my face is irritating. But it is wrong mix? Can be effective in the same way? Some brands have almost the same ingredients. I have too many products different brands that do the same, such as control of beauty, Neutrogena, Almay ……

In general, OTC products should not have any chemical that might be reacting with other chemicals commonly used in other counter products especially for facial products. I can use different products, well, Body Shop, and Neutrogena, Estee Lauder and the same. What is the most effective way is not necessarily the same brand. It all depends on your skin and how it reacts to different products. What could have been the same ingrediants not the same as the same or the same amount. Therefore, there should be no difficulty in using of different products, unless specifically put a warning sign indicating that it can be reactive to a certain type of chemicals, which should not be well.
