I need help with my beauty regime?

I want to put on a range of products every day and I’m 13 and live in Western Australia. I don’t know which order or if I should wait between applying products or if there are products that can combine what I want. The products I would like to use each morning are: The nivea young range-cleanser,toner and moisturiser,johnson’s tinted face moisturiser, make-up and sunscreen.
Please help???

1. Cleanse your face using the cleanser of your choice and warm water. Rinse.
2. Rub entire face with an ice cube or splash cold water onto face. (This step helps to minimize pores.)
3. Apply Toner of your choice to entire face using a cotton ball. (Make sure to use real cotton balls, not the sythetic ones. The synthetic ones can scratch your skin)
4. If you are using a moisturizer that does not contain sunscreen, then apply sunscreen now.(There are many moisturizers that also contain sunscreen. This would help to eliminate one step.)
5. Apply moisturizer to your face.( Either use the regular moisturizer or the tinted one. There should be no need to use both)
6. Apply concealer to any trouble areas.(pimples, redness, etc.)
7. Apply your foundation.
8. Apply Blush to the apples of your cheeks and sweep up along cheek bone.
9. Apply powder to entire face.
10. Apply your eyeshadow.
11. Apply eyeliner.
12. Apply Mascara.
13. Apply lipstick or lip gloss or both.
