Why women working in the MAC makeup wear sooo good?

I like the makeup and everything, but I think the best type of makeup is makeup that does not seem so obvious! Do you ever wear lime green eye shadow, false eyelashes and lipstick bright pink Barbie? I do not understand why young women have a beautiful light-skinned girl was ten pounds of the foundation?
