Can I apply makeup after application of the double eye lid glue?

I wanted to buy that double eyelid glue: And http://wawabeauty.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=1751436 I will use for my prom, but I'm going to apply smoky eye makeup if someone can tell me if with eye shadow etc would continue to work double eyelid glue?

I tried koji rubber cap. when applying makeup over it can really had something there. composition seems to stick and increase the adhesive. I havent tried this brand, but probably the same effect. Hope that helps
