There are simple and effective ways to stimulate your memory and improve their quality of life. If you're remembering everyday things, like shopping list, or defend their studies and do a test run, these techniques can help on your way.

No doubt you've heard talk about basic methods to improve your memory, like the connection and the association or the creation of a story of your items. The most difficult part is making sure to apply them often enough and honest enough to be normal.

Inventing ridiculous stories to help you remember your shopping list for example, are crazy enough to help stick it in your mind. Everything from the order of the elements that that person has been associated with any element of vividly stay with you. The advantage of this trick is that it also helps you stretch your imagination and can benefit your brain beyond the competence of memory.

If you're dealing with something more to remember, for example, an entire chapter in a book will have to consider the situation a little differently. If you tried to create a story that you will not be able to get any to be memorable for the size. To avoid this problem may divide the information into pieces. Try to group items tied, and then you can do stories about the smaller groups. Another option is to create acronyms for each small group.
