They taste delicious, outrageously good, but once you have passed our taste buds, fat, sugary foods that many of us do not love anything for the rest of our body. However, they are still (for many of us) almost impossible to resist. If our diet to be unhealthy a gene related to fat?
New research out of Scotland appears to support this theory – find a gene variant linked to obesity and can also lead us to be attracted to fat, sugary foods, so you eat about 100 calories per meal.

Earlier work in this field has shown that people with a copy of the key FTO variant (about 50% of the population) have a 30% risk of obesity.
If you have two copies of the gene, the risk increases to nearly 70%.
